A fix has been applied successfully. AI features are now up and running.

We maintain reinforced monitoring to accompany this return to normal.

Identified

A critical issue is currently affecting our AI systems due to a service disruption with our provider, Azure OpenAI.

As a result, all AI features within our platform that utilize Generative AI are currently unavailable.

We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating in coordination with Microsoft. We will keep you posted and provide the next update as soon as more information becomes available.
