Update
Hello,
We have fixed the root cause of the issue that affected video processing.
Therefore, video processing is now working properly but higher delays than usual are still expected because a lot of conversions were queued and are waiting to be handled. All the videos uploaded during the incident will be processed without further actions needed. Unfortunately, things are taking more time to settle than expected. We estimate that it should be back to normal around 7AM (CEST), July 30th.
We keep monitoring the situation.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Kind regards, The 360Learning team.

Update
Processing of video conversion suffers a big delay. We are deploying a patch that should help catch up those delays, but it might still take some time until all the uploads catch up. We will post an update before 6PM (CEST).
